Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is to be made in the form of cash or cheque for that month, as of the first lesson or the beginning of the month, whichever is earlier.



2. Payment shall be made with the payment card attached.



3. Payment shall be made even in a force majeure event.



4. Medical certificate will only be accepted on case by case basis, at the full discretion of the swimming instructor. A replacement lesson will be given on a specific date and time which the Instructor is available to teach.



5. Where student wishes to take a months’ break for personal reason(s), please note that half months’ fees is payable in consideration of the swimming instructor reserving such place in the course for the student.



6. No lesson(s) will be conducted on public holiday(s).



7. Lesson(s) shall only be conducted for four (4) of the five (5) week(s) in any month that has a five (5) week period for the month.



8. Where the swimming instructor cancels a lesson, a replacement lesson will be provided at such date and time at which the swimming instructor is available to provide the replacement lesson. For the avoidance of doubt, this replacement lesson shall be provided at the swimming instructor’s sole discretion.
